Shipping Policy – Whispered Prayers
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Heat-Sensitive Products Warning Our wax melts are handcrafted with premium wax and are sensitive to heat. During warm weather months (May–September) or in regions with high temperatures, please be aware of the following:
- Wax melts may soften or melt during transit when temperatures exceed 75°F (24°C)
- We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping during warmer months to minimize transit time
- Orders shipped to warm climates are done so at the buyer's risk
- Whispered Prayers is not responsible for melted or softened products due to heat exposure during transit
Packaging All products are carefully packaged to minimize heat exposure. However, we cannot control temperatures during carrier transit.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a resolution.
